Would you like to know 3 very simple, quick and easy ways to boost your confidence and success?
- On Tuesday, during Sun Hora, chant Om Ghrini Surya Aditya
- On Sunday, during Mars Hora, chant Om Mangalaya Namaha.
- On the day when the Moon transits Krittika Nakshatra and Hasta Nakshatra chant the Gayatri Mantra.
Why should I do this and how does it work?
Each day of the week is ruled by a planet and Tuesday is ruled by Mars, which governs leadership, enterprise, energy, self-confidence, will, independence and courage and Sunday is ruled by Sun, which represents power, fame, authority, intelligence, reputation, confidence and leadership.
Every hour of the day is also ruled by a planet, this is called Hora, and according to the nature of the ‘ruling’ planet, you can determine the ‘quality’ of that time period, so the characteristics of Mars or Sun, or any planet you are seeking to align with, can be activated during this time.
You can find out which planning is ruling the hour via the Hora sections on either the Cosmic Insights or align27 apps.
Fiery Mars represents Agni tattva, which is one of the five elemental forces of nature and is associated with our navel or solar plexus, which is the center of personal power and inner fire and when balanced can ignite self-esteem and confidence.
Krittika Nakshatra, a lunar constellation known as the star of fire, is ruled by Sun and Agni, the God of Fire, is its presiding deity.
Part of Kritikka Nakshatra falls in the sign of Aries ruled by Mars and that is where the Sun is exalted.
The last part of the Krittika Nakshatra falls in the sign of Taurus, and that is where the Moon is exalted, which is where it is at its happiest. Moon has its highest power and can provide auspicious results in the sign of Taurus. This can make you highly imaginative, creative and gives you the power of the mind, as Moon functions at its peak here.
The Gayatri mantra, see below, is one of the most auspicious mantras, dedicated to Savitr, an aspect of the Sun God who is the presiding deity of Hasta Nakshatra. The shakti or power of Hasta Nakshatra is the power of manifestation. It has the power to manifest what you desire and place it in your hands. Hasta also means “hand” in Sanskrit.

The Gayatri Mantra Translated:
The eternal, earth, air, heaven
That glory, that resplendence of the sun
May we contemplate the brilliance of that light
May the sun inspire our minds.
