The term “Putrada” translates to “giver of sons,” and it is believed that observing this Ekadashi can bless childless couples with a child.

✦ Listen to or chant the Vishnu Sahasranama, a sacred hymn consisting of a thousand names of Lord Vishnu, each signifying and honoring a different attribute or aspect of him. On this special day if you can do this collectively in a group, it can be even more powerful.
