Your concerns may also be out of all proportion to reality, so pace yourself, especially if you are feeling restless or agitated on the day.
The eclipse ruler Mercury in Virgo gives you a rational attitude and extra clarity, but you can also overthink a problem rather than go with your original instinct. Saturn, planet of karma and boundaries, also has a dominating impact, and you may feel limited or restricted in an emotional situation. You have to keep a calm, professional face when you would prefer to share and let go, or indulge Purva Phalguni’s leisurely instincts. It becomes hard to relate to others at this point, though remember a friend or family member will likely be going through similar feelings.
You can use the opportunity to take on a difficult task or duty, but eclipses are not good moments for action, initiation, or major decision-making. If possible, wait at least 24 hours before committing yourself – the eclipse’s impact can last months or even years into the future, and an unexpected meeting or turn of event may have consequences you can’t yet see. As always, however, you get many times greater value for your meditation and spiritual work at this point, and you can clear a longstanding problem on the invisible level.
